Mid-conversation, Fernando stopped everything to update his LinkedIn to officially announce his new role as quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders.
As the spot aired, Fernando’s actual LinkedIn post went live at the exact same moment for a synchronized cross-platform stunt that fans could watch unfold in real time.
The stunt dominated the draft news, generating more than 15M impressions across 250+ media outlets within 24 hours and delivering +500% engagement. Most importantly, it reframed perception of LinkedIn as a real-time destination for career-defining moments…pro football or otherwise.
